We don't start with a catalog. We start by walking your yard with you. Where the sun lands in the afternoon, where the kids will run, where you'd actually sit.

Leeward is a fiberglass pool builder in Hampstead, North Carolina, installing Aqua Technics pools within fifty miles of Hampstead, from Wilmington to Topsail Island and Jacksonville. It exists because the owner hired a pool company for his own backyard, watched the job go off the rails, and finished it himself: new contractors, final inspection, first swim. He then spent years learning how the best installers in the country do it, before putting his name on a pool for anyone else.
The person you meet at the consultation is the person accountable for your pool, from the first drawing to the first swim. You will never be handed off to a crew lead, a project manager, or a voicemail.
Aqua Technics. Nothing else.
Every Leeward pool is an Aqua Technics fiberglass shell. Graphene is built into the composite, so the shell is about 30% stronger and 30% lighter than the one it replaced, and it stands up better to water and chemicals. The color sits under a clear, patented second coat that works like sunscreen for the finish. The structure carries a limited lifetime warranty. We won't put our name on anything less. From Wilmington to Topsail Island, it's the pool we'd put in our own yard.
Choose your pool
This is where you choose. Plunge pools for a cocktail at the end of the day. Long, clean rectangles for swimming. Family pools with a shallow end and a bench. Pools with a spa built into the shell. Every one is an Aqua Technics, and every one has a right size for the yard it's going in.
You won't make the choice alone. We know these shells, what each one does well, where each one fits, and which one you'll still be glad you picked ten summers from now. Bring us the yard and the way you live. We'll bring the right pool.
Then the color
Once the shape is yours, the water gets its color. We'll bring the samples to the yard and look at them in your light, at the hour you'll use the pool most.
Protected at every step
Your deposit starts the work: the design, the permits, the order. Every payment after that follows a finished, inspected stage, so your money and your pool move together. Every warranty and every commitment is in writing before you sign.
And every stage ends with your signature. Not a foreman's, not ours. Yours. No stage is closed, and no payment is due, until you've walked it, checked it, and signed it. If anything isn't right, we fix it. We call it The Signature. Protected from the first handshake to the first cannonball.
